One on One empowerment services will awaken you. They are informal, conversational and designed to fit each client uniquely for the style and format they feel will promote strength and understanding.
Transformation and Support programs are designed together and include:
1. in person guidance and mentoring
2. emails and text support
3. Tools to begin entry or growth in areas such as : career, family, conflict (within yourself or within others), knowing who you are / self awareness, relationships, intamacy/sex, health and fitness, wellness nutrition, spiritual growth

In person weekly or bi weekly men's circle: "STEEL SHARPENS STEEL"

If you are new to the term "mens group" it may seem a little confusing. They can often be misconstrued as support or grief groups. Today men's groups are so much more and becoming popular across the nation for good reason. Here you will encounter men of all ages and from all walk of life come together in a safe space to work on challenging areas of their lives without any judgement. The masculine grows most quickly and powerfully through challenge and feedback.
Here you can take off the societal mask, feel your feelings and confront your "work". The " work" you may be missing, the missing link toward the joy and contentment you wish for .
